Peters, who used the data in his books on Currier & Ives; notes, many of them in shorthand; typed lists of prints and a card file of prints; dealers' price lists and catalogs; typed summary of Waite's findings on Currier & Ives; and data on pertinent lithographers and dealers, including James E. Butterworth, George Henry Durrie, Eastman Johnson, Louis Maurer, William Edward Norton, Frances Flora Palmer, Charles Parsons, Arthur Fitzwilliam Tait, Charles Currier, Edward West Currier, Nathaniel Currier, James M. Hart, James Merritt Ives, Napoleon Sarony, and Max Williams.
UNMICROFILMIED 6 letters to Waite, and a copy of a letter sent; receipts; notes; printed material; miscellany; four engravings; glass negatives; and ca. 250 photographs of Currier and Ives, their shop, other artists, and works of art.
