Summary:
Papers regarding the commission of a bronze bust of Arthur Rubinstein by Nathan Rapoport, installed in Carnegie Hall, including: correspondence with Leonard Bernstein, the Carnegie Hall Corporation, Van Cliburn, Guarneri Quartet, Hurok Concerts Inc., Zubin Metha, RCA Records, Theodore Steinway, Isaac Stern, and others; photographs; and printed material including announcements and clippings about the sculpture. The unveiling took place March 11, 1976.
