Genealogical notes and records, undated and 1892; résumés; a marriage certificate, 1944; school records; family and business correspondence; miscellaneous notes; a card file containing information on the sale of artwork, 1943-1977, and three notebooks, "Exhibits and Awards," 1947-1956, "Exhibitions of Work - De Young," 1946-1966, and "Lists of Opera Recordings," 1953-1958.
Also includes legal papers concerning Du Casse's injuries in a 1959 accident; hospital records; lists of artworks; consignment records; travel records; miscellaneous financial material; seven sketches; writings by Du Casse, including a script for his play "Route Order," 1942, and a typescript of "West Coast School of Painting Since 1946," 1964; a typescript "Ralph Du Casse Exhibition" by Louise Ballard, 1955; a typescript "The Bold New World of Ralph Soule Du Casse" by Annette Kazuko Kaide, 1967; a scrapbook compiled by Du Casse's father, Ralph R. Du Casse, 1926-1960; and a disassembled acrapbook compiled by Du Casse containing letters, school records, four sketches, clippings, announcements, and photographs, 1909-1967.
