Video is a documentary featuring the work of several Pacific Northwest artists, including Mark Tobey, Kenneth Callahan, Morris Graves, Guy Anderson, Paul Horiuchi, Helmi Juvonen, and George Tsutakawa. Artists are interviewed in their studios. Features early film clips of Mark Tobey.
Also included are approximately 500 sections and fragments of film, some unidentified, both negatives and positives, comprising the outtakes from the film; interviews on 50 cassette tapes of 19 of the artists used for the audio portion of the film; and photocopies of notes, both handwritten and typed, made from film and sound interviews of several artists; and a reel-to- reel audio tape entitled "Tobey Music."
