SCDIRB copy has all volumes in publisher's blind- and gilt-stamped binding. Color of bindings vary, including brown, blue and green; decoration the same for all v.: blind stamped border on cover with gilt-stamped image of indian in center taken from plate 10 of v.2: "Death Whoop" by Eastman, engraved by Alfred Jones. The spine of v. 4, copy 1 (39088008422461) has been repaired with buckram.
