Summary:
An exhibit of Iroquois farmers and statesmen. The exhibit case contains pipe pieces, pottery and other items made by the Iroquois of New York State, who were highly successful corn growers and skilled potters and pipemakers. The exhibit is on display in the North American Archeology Exhibit, which opened in November 1962, in the National Museum of Natural History.
