Summary:
The memorial is comprised of cement stadium seating with limestone panels in the front center of the stadium. The panels include a center limestone plaque of an angel leading a fallen soldier to his eternal rest. Panels list the names of Lansdowne residents (54 men and 1 woman) who attended Lansdowne High School and who died while serving in the military during World War II. Additionally, there are limestone panels behind the main panel.
