Summary:
Bas-relief figure holds a sword in the proper left hand and a long reed of wheat in the proper right hand. The figure wears a long robe and is flanked by eagles. There are two bowls, with smoke rising from them, on pedestals on either side of the figure. The sculpture is painted gold and is affixed to the base and there are memorial plaques on each side.
