Summary:
A rectangular drinking fountain is adorned on the front with a low, semicircular basin and fish fountain spout, from whose nostrils water bubbles out for people to drink. On the back, a Native American head fountain spout pours water into a deep rectangular basin for watering teams of horses. The Native American is Chief Konkapot, a Mahican Indian who sold settlers the land on which the town of Lee was founded.
