Summary:
Bronze bas-relief plaque depicting the Statue of Liberty in proper left profile from the waist up. In her proper left hand she holds a book. In her proper right hand she holds up a torch. The flame of the torch extends beyond the top of the plaque. The plaque is mounted on a polished red granite panel attached to the side of a brick column.
