Summary:
Braced within a steel circle is a bronze figure of a worker with his hands pushing upward. His head is lowered and turned to the proper left, with his knees bent and his proper left foot extended backward. He wears work clothes, including boots, jeans, and a shirt with the sleeves rolled up. The figure has a green-grey patina. The figure and circle are set upon a rectangular block of black granite, mounted upon a rectangular foundation.
