Summary:
Abstract steel sculpture of a gavel-shaped piece hinged to a stable box-like structure set on the ground. The gavel "head" rests on the ground. There are six one-inch diameter holes spaced down each side of the gavel's arm. There are also holes in the panels making up the box. The sculpture rests directly on the ground.
