Summary:
Abstract sculpture stands on a cylindric form in a round, sunken pool. Water spouts from several small "troughs" placed in a ring around the top of the cylindric form. There is a hydraulic rotation mechanism. The pool is centered in a circular paved area which in turn is encircled by areas of curbing.
