Summary:
Circular fountain basin framed by a stepped wall. The wall and basin are concrete. Located on the low basin rim in front, on opposite sides, are concrete turtles. A metal ring in the center of the fountain sends up a circular stream of water. The fountain basin is lined with blue ceramic tiles.
