Summary:
A Spanish-American War soldier stands with his rifle in his proper left hand and his proper right hand on his hip. He is wearing a military outfit and a hat in Southern military style. He has an ammunition bag on his proper left side with the letters "USA" on it. The sculpture is mounted on a large base with the metal, cross-shaped, Spanish-American War Veterans medallion inlaid on both the front and rear.
