Summary:
A sundial with the outline of a rising sun on the ground and a lightning bolt projecting from the middle. Markers with Roman numerals three, six, nine, and twelve o'clock appear on the ends of the sun's rays. In the summer purple, white and red petunias are planted between the sun's rays to symbolize a rainbow. White azaleas are planted behind the Roman numeral markers to symbolize clouds.
