Save Outdoor Sculpture, Ohio, Toledo survey, 1993.
Summary:
Four bronze heads of Martin Luther King, Jr., each with a different facial expression, are mounted to four sides of a polished, reflective stainless steel sphere. Each is attached at the back of the head. The sphere is supported by four vertical bronze legs that slant out and down. Bronze plaques are attached to each leg. The plaques contain biographical information about King and excerpts from his speeches in both English and Braille. The sculpture is mounted on a square base.
