Summary:
Marker stands on a two-tiered smooth and rough-hewn base. A bronze State Seal in relief is affixed to the front face of the plinth. There is a relief of crossed rammers on the front cap, topped with a Corps star insignia, and the star appears in the same area, on the reverse. The whole is surmounted by a finial of a Parrot tube and projectiles.
