Summary:
A fountain consisting of two children, a boy and a girl, standing under an umbrella. The boy holds the umbrella, and wears a sailor's top and pants rolled up over his knees. The girl wears a short-sleeved dress, which she holds up with both hands to knee-level. The sculpture is mounted in round basin with fluted pedestal. Around the rim of the basin are lion heads through which water flows. The entire fountain sits within an octagonal pool.
