Summary:
A horizontal sign containing a shield with a bas-relief bust portrait of William Penn wearing a wide-brimmed hat. The relief is located in the lower right side of the sign which is shaped like the state of Pennsylvania. An outline of Mercer County, Pennsylvania, has been carved into the upper left corner of the sign. The sign is supported by two legs.
