Summary:
A globe with the map of the world in relief is mounted on a square, three-tiered base. The base is decorated around the top tier with a band of alternating olive branches and shields with swords on them. Beneath the base is a square concrete slab. Paths around the globe include tablets inscribed with compass points for north, south, east, and west. Surrounding the sculpture are four benches, each inscribed with seals for the armed forces and the presidential seal.
