Summary:
Sculpture consists of a three-basin fountain topped with a full-length figure of Hebe. The figure wears Classical sleeveless robes. Her hair is pinned up and she holds a jug in her proper right hand and a cup in her upraised proper left hand. The bottom basin is octagonal and topped with an octagonal pedestal. This pedestal supports a round basin topped with a round pedestal, which in turn supports the small round basin which holds the figure.
