Summary:
A hand-carved two-sided sign. One side includes a bust portrait of Queen Wilhelmina. The other side is tondo relief of an elderly man in profile. He has white hair and is wearing a jacket or coat. Both figures are flanked by an American flag on their proper right and a Dutch flag on their proper left. The tondo and flags are surrounded by carved scrolls. The sign is placed in a square planter.
