Summary:
Three bas-reliefs illustrate scenes in the life of Samuel Dale. In one relief, Dale is seen leading a pioneer family of a couple and a baby into Alabama. Dale wears a buckskin outfit and raccoon hat and the group walks single file by an ox-drawn wagon. The second relief shows Dale riding a horse running across a battlefield. The final relief depicts Dale and others fighting Indians from a boat. Each relief is set into its own wall.
