Summary:
Sculpture depicts Sinagua Indian family of three at the edge of a pool. A male figure kneels, proper right leg bent with weight on knee. Proper left arm extends forward and holds a bow. Proper right arm is bent back drawing the bow and holding an arrow in place. He wears a breechcloth and a quiver with bows and arrow slung over his proper right shoulder. Female figure stands behind him dressed in a buck-skin, fringed dress, below-knee length with moccasins. She carries a basket at her back. Her proper left hand is raised up to her forehead. On her proper right side is a young boy dressed in a breechcloth and wearing a headband. He is crouched and his proper left arm extends forward to the father.
