A young male figure seated on a piling and feeding two seagulls. He wears jeans with no shoes or shirt. His proper left arm is extended above his head and his proper right arm is extended out to the side. A seagull with outstretched wings is perched in the palm of each of hand. He leans to the proper left and has a smile on his face. The sculpture has a green patina in keeping with the original intent of the artist. The sculpture is in the middle of a circular water fountain on a brown brick tile plaza. The sculpture is bolted to the concrete base, and surrounded by two circles of water jets.
