Summary:
A Full-length statue of McKinley stands atop a fifteen foot pedestal. Monument includes exedra with figure groups at either end, representing (on proper right side of McKinley) Peace and (on proper left side of McKinley) Trade. The figure of McKinley is patinated black. Peace and Prosperity are both patinated a red-brown.
