Some film titles came with teacher instructional information found in film cans.
Collection of 252 educational film distribution prints was given to the HSFA by the Regional Educational Media Center (REMC 2), Michigan in 1994. REMC 2, located in Traverse City, provided media services to public and state recognized private and parochial schools in a 14 county region. Film prints were being phased out of the distribution library.
Edited film presents a Guatemalan boy who is learning intricate weaving of brightly colored fabric on a large wooden loom. The material he weaves will be sold to finance a trip to the Mayan archeological ruins of Tikal.
