This collection contain flyers and booklets pertaining to the 150th Anniversary of the Distirct of Columbia Emanicpation Day celebration week, April 11-16, 2012. The materials document various events that took place over the week, including an opening ceremony and prayer breakfast. Council of the District of Columbia Resolution CER 19-207 in recognition of the 150th anniversary is also included.
