Summary:
Television broadcast created by Hal Linker, with his wife Halla, and son, David. Linkers film the m odernization of Luzon, Philippines, and travelling by canoe down the Pagsanjan rapids. They also film a water festival in a small town where a large specially constructed pagoda is floated down the river and a bamboo dance.
