The University of South Carolina Newsfilm Library has a portion of the Fox Movietone newsreel collection and the Fox Film Corporation's corporate successor Fox News Channel has a portion of the newsreel collection and the theatrical shorts. Theatrical films and shorts can be found at various archives around the U.S. including the Library of Congress and UCLA Film and Video Archives.
Twentieth Century-Fox Film Corporation was a merger of Fox Film Corporation (incorporated in 1915) and Twentieth Century Pictures (founded 1933). The company continued to produce feature films and theatrical newsreels and shorts (under various Movietonews series).

Edited film is a theatrical travelogue produced for "Along the Road to Romance on the Magic Carpet of Movietone." The film is shot in Singapore and depicts scenes from around the country. The film shows harbors in Singapore with ships and shows a local people diving for money being thrown to them by tourists. The film then shows the market with rickshaws and then the Chinese quarter. The film includes footage of the Singapore Army. Film ends by showing the Sakais, an indigenous group of people that live in the rain forest (food preparation, eating, and shooting with handmade blow-guns).
