Summary:
Edited film by WCAU-TV, Philadelphia of Peace Corps volunteers in Borneo and Sarawak, Malaysia. The film is narrated by a volunteer's father. This film chronicles the volunteers time in Malaysia and documents their workdays. The film documents a volunteer's work as teachers of an English class and a music class in Malaysian schools. Additional scenes capture one volunteer's work with an American doctor and Malaysian nurses in a Malaysian hospital. A male volunteer, the narrator's son, travels from school to school by boat providing additional resources as well as technical help to native teachers.
