Summary:
Television broadcast produced by Channel 5 presents the story of repatriation of Cheyenne Indian human remains from the 1864 Sand Creek massacre. Bodies from the massacre were gathered by Army surgeons for research and ultimately were given to the Smithsonian. The remains were claimed by the Cheyenne for proper burial on homelands in Oklahoma in 1993.
