An Egyptian Apollo. Reduced from the Original in the Vatican. Supposed to be an Egyptian model of proportions, and in action, you observe, ready to obey "Forward, March" How grandly in contrast to Thorwalsend's very pretty little figure, No. 20; but which, beside the Egyptian, is like a doll stuffed with rags, so wanting in veritable thews and sinews. In regard to the first personal of the aforesaid, I can only say that as the time has come for the Queen to write out her courtship, so it has for me to write out my pictures. [P. 7.]
