Flourished about 1700 at Brussels. Landscape. On an enlivened river bank stands a watch-tower, which, by means of a large gate, is connected with another building. Beyond the river a castle is situated. Fishermen bring their fish from their boat to the land, where the fish are sold. Further on, two clergymen are in conversation with a turk, whilst near the house a party of men play at nine-pins. On wood; 11" x 13. [P. 22.]
