Description:
This is a red presentation album from Poland with title inscribed in gold in Polish and English "Republic of Poland / Ministery of Post and Telegraph." It commemorates the 150th anniversary of the United States Constitution and is signed "Franklin D. Roosevelt / The White House / 1939" on the title page. The album has two pages for mounting stamps--1st page has Polish commemorative issue in a block of 4 with cancel and the 2nd page is missing its stamps. There is also a cut out page inserted in the album containing the Polish block of 4 without a cancel. This is from the Franklin D. Roosevelt collection.
