Collection Date:
25 Aug 1961
Notes:
From V. G. Springer regarding data: John Clark, of the NOAA lab at Sandy Hook headed the trip and aided in the shipment. I would guess the year was between 1961 and 1964.
The Motor Vessel Oregon was associated with the Collection Events Data at one time with this record but has been removed as of February 2, 2021 because it is believed to have been erroneously added to the early data. The Motor Vessel Oregon was off the coast of Louisiana and not New Jersey in late August 1961.
