Notes:
This is a mounted specimen of Japanese wisteria flowers. There are three branches connected together, and the wisteria is in bloom with flowers lining either side of each branch with strong bilateral symmetry. The flowers are pale pink/yellowed white, with petal size decreasing towards the top of the branches. There are a few leaves protruding from the base of the center branch, and they appear to still be furled. Overall, the mount is approximately 31.5 cm x 29 cm. This specimen description was written remotely based on images as part of Amber Kreiensieck's internship in Fall 2021.
