Notes:
Heavy coat made of dark brown synthetic velvet, with padding and quilted polyester lining. Both hand and machine sewn. Opens in the front down the center, but the left panel extends across the wearer's right side and attaches under the arm. The top hem of this flap, the collar, and the sleeve ends are trimmed with multicolored and gold metallic ribbon. Fastens together with silver buttons and reddish-brown glass beads at the neck, right shoulder, and under the right arm. Made for the donor for his birthday and for Tsagaantsar, the Mongolian Lunar New Year. Given to him along with a bright yellow sash (E431830) to wear over the coat, in the traditional style.
