Wooden board cut to shape and covered with buckskin. Beadwork is rows of lazy stitch in blocks of blue, pink, maroon and red, on a white ground.
Donor Notes: "Full-sized fully beaded cradleboard made by Mrs. [Young Girl] Big Wind Billy, wife of Frank Billy... Wood backing covered with Indian brain-tanned white deerskin beaded with size 12 glass beads in Crow stitch."
