Notes:
Necklace made from white cowrie shells, with a pendant made from larger brown cowrie shells. String appears to be green fishing line. Donor notes: "Made in 1967/68 by Mrs. Nga Pepe-John, a Rakahangan craftswoman who lived in Aorangi on Rarotonga for awhile, then moved to Wellington, New Zealand, where she died in her 60s."
