Description:
This is a tablet of forms for listing programs to be run on a UNIVAC computer. Nine sheets are filled in with exercises - two from Chapter 4, two from Chapter 5, and one from Chapter 6. The sheets were designed for Pacific Mutural Life Insurance Company. Pacific Mutual acquired a UNIVAC I computer in 1954 and a UNIVAC II in 1958. The coding sheets do not refer to problems in manual 2016.3047.01.
