Louis Armstrong and The Ambassador Orchestra. side 1: When It's Sleepy Time Down South; side 2: Basin Street Blues (Victor 40-0104), from the album, <i>Victor Hot Jazz Series – Vol. 1</i> (HJ-1)<br>78 rpm. Side 1 was originally recorded in 1932 and is an edited dub of "Medley of Armstrong Hits - Part 1" (intro: You Rascal You / Nobody's Sweetheart / When It's Sleepy Time Down South) released on Victor 36084. Only "When It's Sleepy Time Down South" is included in this pressing. Side 2 was originally recorded in 1933 and released on Victor 24351. The album was released in 1945.
