Description:
A commemorative 140-page yearbook form the Homer G. Phillips Hospital School of Nursing titled "The Guardian." The volume is hardcover and has a textured blue cover with raised gold lettering. The top right corner featurs a white nurse's cap. The title [THE GUARDIAN] runs upper left to lower right diagonally across the book, and in the lower left is an golden eliptical ring reading [HOMER G. PHILLIPS / 1919 / 1968 / H.T.S.N.] in blue text. In the upper left corner is a small piece of white tape with [P. PAYNE] handwritten in green ink. The interior of the book features graduating classes over the course of the school's history with text and black-and-white photographs. There are scattered handwritten notes throughout the book, some on separate pieces of paper.
