Civil Air Patrol (CAP) Gen. Hap Arnold Achievement Award; blue background with white stylized bomber in center; medium red and white bars from outside in at edges, one red and one white per side.
Summary:
The Gen. Hap Arnold Achievement ribbon is awarded to CAP Cadets during their training and is accompanied by a promotion to Cadet Airman First Class. The ribbon style is obsolete when it was redesigned in 1985.
