Civil Air Patrol (CAP) Capt Eddie Rickenbacker Achievement; white background, yellow stripes bracketing large center white rectangle; center rectangle is adorned 94th Aero Squadron insignia (an Uncle Sam hat, with the brim pointing up and to the right and the crown down and to the left, falling through a red circle).
Summary:
The Capt. Eddie Rickenbacker Achievement ribbon is the first achievement of phase two of Cadet Training in the CAP. It is accompanied by a promotion to Cadet Technical Sergeant. It was redesigned in 1985.
