Abstract:
These are a collection of notes, note cards and essays relating to lectures Chase gave about her two collecting trips to Brazil. The first relates to her trip to CaparaĆ³ from the Minas side in Serro do Mar in 1929. Second grouping relates to a talk given for the Biological Society, October 24, 1925 on collecting in Brazil. Also included is a document title "Quest for Grasses in Brasil." Materials are typed, and with references (by number and caption) to images used.
