"Debris or not Debris" is imprinted. The numerals 1 and 9 are historiated. Recto: The numeral 9 is formed by a bent tree. Verso: The numeral 0 is formed by a curved dolphin. Predominantly green color. At top and bottom "Forest Green-Organic Green for the Mountains"; "Emerald City-Green Acres is the Place to Be."
