The text indicates that this may be the work of Plinio Mesciulam for the Mohammed Center of Restricted Communication. <br>The mail art features a collage of colored photographs, colored paper, and written text. The names of artists Monet, Cezanne, Bob Kushner, among others are handwritten within the collage. On verso, a sticker stating, "identified addressee" with a stamp pointing to it with the message, "known to the other eleven" is present.
