This series consists of materials relating to patents applications filed by, patents awarded to, and patent licenses acquired by Herrick. The series also includes materials relating to the alleged attempt by C. L. Stauffer and F. E. Seiler to market Herrick's convertible aircraft design as their own. Titles and information appearing in square brackets were added during processing.
